A staple at our coffee shop and a favorite amongst friends of Palma, Cesar's RL Pink Bourbon is a beautifully complex representation of the world-class coffees coming out the southwest of Colombia.
 
This is a semi-washed coffee which undergoes an initial anaerobic fermentation in cherry and a second fermentation after it is depulped resulting in a bright, clean, juicy cup.  This coffee is sweet and vibrant with a mouthful of red berries, starfruit, and a hint of bittersweet cacao.
